Soup Supper/Game Night {2013}

 At church events it's amazing how we can have so much fun, especially when little kids and good food are involved. ;) But really, with little stories running around the church basement I wonder sometimes if some of them will have a future together someday.

If truth be told, I never took much time getting to know the little kids at church because they  reminded me of times when I was their age growing up in the same church as well.

Children really are a blessing from the Lord {Psalm 127:3}. Laughter as well! So many stories, and so little time to hear them. Let's not discourage the next generation by ignoring them, but listen to their stories instead. {Matthew 18:10}

Because one day, we'll be glad we did.

We are having a soup supper at our church tomorrow. They are always so much fun and a great way to fellowship with our beloved church family.

I have always enjoyed spending time with children. It's a joy to hear what they have to say and what they think is important. I think that children respect you more if you listen to what they say. I have seen so many parents out in the world today that act as though their children something to put up with and that they don't know a single thing. But they matter just as much everyone else in His eyes. Thanks for posting.
